YOUTH TO SKILL AFRICA

The maiden edition of the Youth to Skill Africa a transformative apprenticeship initiative that provides trade-based training and certification opportunities for widows and unemployed youth across Africa and will take place in two main locations Accra-Ghana & Kumba-Cameroon.

The program includes a certificate-based one-day orientation cohort, which serves as the formal induction process for selected participants. Following this, beneficiaries are enrolled into a structured 4-month enrollment duration, during which they are placed with vetted artisans, vocational centers, and technical partners for hands-on skill acquisition.

 

2026 Participants will receive ongoing mentorship, practical tools, and exposure to real-world environments empowering them to launch careers, start small businesses, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
