Quarterly Life-Skills & Digital Literacy Program for Young Single Mothers

Thrive Circles is a structured empowerment pathway designed to equip 20 single mothers (ages 21–30) quarterly across 10 communities with digital literacy, economic resilience training, and entrepreneurship and leadership development.
This is not just a workshop series.
It is a transformation ecosystem.
Program Overview
- TARGET GROUP: Single mothers aged 21–30
- Cohort Size: 20 women per cycle
- Coverage: 10 communities (2 participants per community preferred for peer accountability)
- Duration: Quarterly sessions (4 major gatherings annually)
Plus ongoing peer-circle support
What Thrive Circles Includes
1. Life-Skills Mastery Sessions
- Emotional intelligence & self-leadership
- Financial literacy & budgeting
- Parenting with purpose
- Mental resilience & stress management
- Communication & confidence building
2. Digital Literacy Training
- Basic computer literacy
- Smartphone productivity tools
- Social media for income generation
- CV writing & online job applications
- Introduction to remote work tools
3. Senior Clubs
Older, experienced women (mentors aged 35+) guide participants through:
- Relationship navigation
- Business basics
- Faith & identity conversations
- Long-term planning
4. Youth Bootcamps (Optional Add-On)
For participants’ children (ages 8–15):
- Confidence workshops
- Digital exposure
- Leadership games
- Creativity sessions

Who Qualifies?
To ensure fairness and impact, applicants must meet ALL core criteria:
- Between 21 and 30 years
- Single mother (never married, divorced, widowed, or separated)
- Must have at least one child
- Demonstrate moderate to high financial vulnerability
- Not currently employed in stable full-time formal employment
- Available to attend quarterly in-person sessions
- Willing to participate in digital training
- Ready to join peer accountability groups
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Desire for economic independence
- Willingness to learn digital tools
- Commitment to long-term personal development
- Interest in entrepreneurship or employment readiness
